Psalm 22:27
King James Version
27 All the ends of the world shall remember
and turn unto the Lord:
and all the kindreds of the nations
shall worship before thee.
What does it take to revive a church?
JESUS, of course.
Who speaks only of GOD.
Who brings us back to GOD.
Who gives us eternal life.
With SPIRIT reminding us everything JESUS taught.
So far, this is third* in a series of articles on revival of our churches, and spirits.
All because SPIRIT led me to a Leonard Ravenhill video on preachers.
From which, two other articles were born.
This, being the third.
In that video, Ravenhill says much about revival:
Oh God,
don't let this generation pass,
without seeing your glory.
There isn't a revivalist in America today;
not one.
When revival comes,
the total environment is changed.
Weeping
is an integral part of revival.
No life
We've got the letter but no life.
We've got the words but no Spirit.
We've got the terms but no reproduction.
the word of God is alive
And now, Scripture tells us about revival.
How our sagging spirits, and churches, can be revived.
Through the TRIUNE GOD:
2 Chronicles 7:14
King James Version
14 If my people,
which are called by my name,

and will forgive their sin,
and will heal their land.

and cleanse me from my sin.
3 For I acknowledge my transgressions:
and my sin is ever before me.

and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
Isaiah 64:1-3
King James Version
64 Oh that thou wouldest rend the heavens,
that thou wouldest come down,
that the mountains might flow down
at thy presence,
2 As when the melting fire burneth,
the fire causeth the waters to boil,
to make thy name known to thine adversaries,
that the nations may tremble at thy presence!
3 When thou didst terrible things
which we looked not for,
thou camest down,
the mountains flowed down
at thy presence.
Jeremiah 17:13

and ye shall live:

and ye shall live;
and ye shall know
that I am the Lord.
Ezekiel 37:9-10

Prophesy unto the wind,
prophesy, son of man,
and say to the wind,
Thus saith the Lord God;
Come from the four winds,
O breath,
and breathe upon these slain,
that they may live.
10 So I prophesied as he commanded me,
and the breath came into them,
and they lived,
and stood up upon their feet,
an exceeding great army.
Ezekiel 37:11-14
King James Version
11 Then he said unto me,
Son of man,
these bones are the whole house of Israel:
behold, they say,
Our bones are dried,
and our hope is lost:
we are cut off for our parts.
12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them,
Thus saith the Lord God;
Behold, O my people,
I will open your graves,
and cause you to come up out of your graves,
and bring you into the land of Israel.
13 And ye shall know that I am the Lord,
when I have opened your graves,
O my people,
and brought you up out of your graves,

saith the Lord.

or, What shall we drink?
or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:)
for your heavenly Father knoweth
that ye have need of all these things.
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God,

34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow:
for the morrow shall take thought
for the things of itself.
Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
