WHICH church are YOU?

 

Deuteronomy 5:32-33

King James Version

32 Ye shall observe to do therefore 

as the Lord your God hath commanded you: 

ye shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.

33 Ye shall walk in all the ways 

which the Lord your God hath commanded you, 

that ye may live, 

and that it may be well with you, 

and that ye may prolong your days in the land 

which ye shall possess.

If you were a church, which church are you?

Although the Lord commended the SEVEN churches for some better traits, still, He admonished six of them.

He also wanted each church to take specific measures to correct themselves, or to hold on fast to what they have.

The Lord warned that He was to come quickly.

In summary, based on my simple understanding of the SEVEN churches, here's what I found regarding what they represented:

The church of EPHESUS -- unfaithful.

The church of SMYRNA -- dishonest.

The church of PERGAMOS -- unfaithful.

The church of THYATIRA -- corrupted.

The church of SARDIS -- imperfect.

The church of PHILADELPHIA -- faithful.

The church of LAODICEA -- lukewarm and proud.
